Cash on Delivery
- Damage in transit Should be Informed within 3 working days after delivery.
- Customer can call or email to cancel the order before shipment, once the cancellation done, the entire amount will be fully refunded via original method of payment within 15 Working Days.
Replacement/ Refund Policy
- Normally all our items are rechecked before packing to avoid replacements and reshipment's yet if the item is found faulty at your end which might have been case of damage in transit, we will replace the same.. Product found defect or damaged / Wrong Product Received / Or in any other Case Product needs to be returned. Customer needs to inform within 3 days of product delivery via call or email along the pictures of the product.
- Customer need to return the product back to Shopper52 within 15 days of delivery. No further damage to the product will be accepted while return.
- Return Shipping is to be paid by Customer, Fresh Reshipment charges will be paid by Shopper52.
- If customer paid twice for one transaction, one transaction amount will be refunded within 15 to 20 working days via same source.
- If value up to Rs.500 no need to return. Amount will be refunded via original mod of payment.
- Incase of
Customer Refund or Out of stock product, full paid amount will be refunded back
to Customer, no Interest or Compensation is Paid.
